Here are results:
I'm doing it since 6 days
Day 1: nothing
Day 4: a little bit change.
Day 6: nose getting a little bit slimmer.
More results after 6 days.
Day 8: I can see some changes.
Day 10: my nose is slimmer than it was before.
Day 12: some few changes more.
Day 14: it's slim but not total.
Day 16: yes, I got my slim nose but I'll do this exercise for 2 days to see more results.
You can try for minimum 2 weeks.

Edit: I tried for 18 days and the results are really impressive. I finally got my slim nose.

Step 2:massage
Step 3:pinch your nose
Step 4:press upwards
Step 5:massage upwards
Step 6:press upwards again
Do every day 30 seconds each

Because i dont think so... Someone said in another video that you can change your face shape not nose size
