Can you give a run down on how to use this tool to perform a quicklearn on an '05 Chrysler Pacifica touring 3.5 ltr with the 41TE trans? I did a trans repair and replaced the old trans pressure solenoid pack with a new one. This transmission is completely electronic. It went into limp mode and I took the battery out for a good long while as repairs were made. After replacing the solenoid pack and battery, it's out of limp mode and I have forward gears again. I have it back communicating with the PCM, but I want to make sure it is completely relearned to prevent any unforeseen issues. I have the Phoenix lite 2 but everyone says you have to use Chrysler's DRB3 which I do not have access to and would have to go to a shop that has one.

What is the yearly cost after the first 2 years?

since nobody is telling the truth about these scanners, if you don't upgrade you lose the online functions, like ECU coding, etc will be disabled completley. and this becomes a 200 dollar basic scanner.
