I think you'd find your subs increase faster if you uploaded the current episodes along side the podcast feed uploads. I know that'd impact your metrics, so maybe delay it a week. The current delay between weekly release and youtube upload is a bit much.

Also, I'm still demanding a blooper episode with Jonathan getting 'caught' singing 80's pop to himself and getting caught by Elias' sneaky ways. (trying to avoid spoilers).
