There may be other games that are as satisfying, both tactilely from sliding the cards up and intellectually from chaining multiple abilities, but there aren't many.

Hi, I really hope you see this question. My wife and I struggled to find a clarification on this.
If I have a location which top depth is the "Choose 1 card from the discard pile and return it to your hind". During my turn, can I exploit that depth even if my discard pile is empty? Same thing for the "Score" effect, can I exploit it even if I don't have a location to score? looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you!
