Each property shown is more impressive than the last..It also helps to know how to work with the camera, so as to show exactly what is intended to be shown, and not some weird garbled side view of some other property as well, which I have seen in other listings, around where I live. Josh's work definitely raises the bar, and is a heck of an inspiration. Something to definitely work toward. If I could be an eighth of the salesperson Josh Flagg is, I think I'd be happy with that.
