2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer | Nutty Price, Many Rewards

Показать описание
We review the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer with a starting price of $88,000. This full-size truck SUV has the towing power, space, and luxury only an American product could bring. However, the high price and off-road capability mean trade-offs. Others to consider are the Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator.

As a European I love watching reviews of these behemoths. They've the feeling of messages from another world; evoking a weird mix of jaw dropping disbelief and occasional flashes of daft daydreams of piloting one through a European city.

Jack is an amazing addition to the channel, mainly because when he's serious, Mark can properly "retrn to monke", and vise versa.

Why would someone buy this over, say, a locomotive?

These videos where Mark pushes barges to the limit are straight entertainment. One of the few channels where I can watch a 30 video min straight through.

I really love you guys. A big part of the reason this is my favorite automotive source is how seriously you cover technical aspects, but watching Jack try to talk seriously about the car while Mark tried to manhandle this soccer mom tank was maybe my favorite moment on the channel even on a vehicle I don't give a shit about. I still can't believe how well Jack complements the channel. Hope you guys never leave. As cars become boring, souless transports, we need some genuine people to suffer their unpleasantries.

Ok at this point these test drives are making me laugh harder than anything else I watch on YT.

Mark literally went blank and didn't know how to react to the 10 MPG. I remember he trashed the Land Cruiser's MPG and that was 13-15 MPG but that's a car originally from the 2000's.

Just from the intro, the color of the car and the local environment makes me think of all the old-fashioned cozy autumn paintings you get from hobby lobby.

Touch haptics, suspension architecture, rear axle geometry. This is why I subscribe to this channel..the intelligent analysis is a breath of fresh air

Great! Another hulking SUV with 13 inch brakes piloted by a Karen going to swim dolphin lessons inches off my rear bumper doing 90mph.

The Only reasonable question. When's the hellcat version coming?

You could take your 15 family members to the nearest Appleby's even in apocalyptic conditions.

Perfect timing with ten miles a gallon and four to five dollars gas per gallon. Good luck.

I love the rear because it honours the classic American SUV design with that chrome strip surrounding the window and frame. It feels like a tribute to the 70-80s big box SUVs.
This car does not try to use curves to look cooler, it's a box and it ain't ashamed of it, which makes it all the better for the practical benefits and presence IMO.

Of the 90% of these giant SUVS I see on the road, I only see just the driver in it. I rarely see more then 2 people in these.

It is really hard not to laugh along with you guys during the Driving Impressions section. Seeing you drive these cars like gorillas while simultaneously giggling like little kids puts a smile on my stone-cold nihilist face.

I'm looking forward to seeing these almost only in all black/white with limo tint and giant wheels. Almost no one but the very well off is going to do anything close to off-roading with these at the price they're starting at. They will be a great toy in 20 years when they completely depreciate, if gas engines haven't been banned by then.

If you owned this for 10 years and drove it an average amount you'd spend about $45, 000 on fuel alone. Impressive.
