Megan Fox is officially a mom of four after welcoming her first child with Machine Gun Kelly. The actress announced her pregnancy in November with a post on Instagram, a rainbow baby after the couple revealed they had a miscarriage in 2023. Megan has three children, Noah, Bodhi and Journey, with her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green. Meanwhile, MGK has a 14-year-old daughter, Casie, from a previous relationship.
