Depending on the leaves' duration, we need to adapt in different ways. If the leave is short, let's say we got to know this in the morning we need to discuss on the daily, how the PO absence does affect us, is there anything we have to cover, who will do it and so on. This will work in shorter periods, while in a longer period we have to address the situation withing the organization, and ask for a replacement. I assume that no one in the team is up for the challenge and has the knowledge/skills to fulfil this role.

Hey guys, quick Q:
If my supervisor is telling me to ask him whenever the scrum teams is blocked by an impediment, who is doing the scrum master's work? Him or me? is it okay?
