Nil Ga/Blue Bull / Bllue Buck/ Boselaphus Tragocamelus
The nilgai is the largest Asian antelope and is ubiquitous across the northern Indian subcontinent. It is the sole member of the genus Boselaphus.
Nilgai is the Hindustani word for “blue cow,” which describes the blue-gray of adult bulls. (Cows are orange-brown.)
Not as flavorful or gamy as other venison, and offering a wide variety of cuts like tenderloin, ribs and shoulder (among many others), Nilgai antelope meat is a great alternative for the grill, barbecue or stews.
Deer, elk and antelope have a vitamin and mineral composition similar to beef, so these meats are good sources of iron (5 mg/4 oz.), B12 (3.6 mcg/4 oz.), B6, niacin and riboflavin
Typically tame, the nilgai may appear timid and cautious if harassed or alarmed; it flees up to 300 m (980 ft), or even 700 m (2,300 ft), galloping away from the source of danger.

It's so unfortunate that Pakistan didn't provide support to its flora and fauna as compared to India. Indian Government is far, far ahead of us in preserving their wildlife and national parks.
