just bought two of these bulbs on the strength of your video and I was not dissappointed. Great value for money and compared to a fixed CCTV set up at our last house this delivers the same quality for a fraction of the cost. I have one outside trained down the drive and one in the house to check on my dogs (big softy at heart) Easy to set up, thanks to your video and great to use too. Why is their customer service a California phone number but goes directly to China? Customer service is available only AFTER 6pm. I have had nothing but problems trying to get it to work
