Very well put. People need to realize that it is taken from the original second part, but it's got a true RZ twist we all love. All of the other ppl here need to remember that and just enjoy it.

The originals do live on, Rob Zombie is retelling them in his style and that's pretty cool, and the first movie wasn't a remake, it was more of a prequel to the original 1978 hit. You're right in saying that the originals can never be beaten, no they can't.

ill see it cause I'm a huge Horror fan and Halloween fan. i really didn't mind Rob Zombie's Halloween that much. but the original Halloween (1978) is one of my all time favorite Horror movies and one of my all time favorite movies ever.
