Wow, I never paid attention to celbrities but I like what Ms. Foster had to say.
And Ben Mankiewicz is galant as always ;)

Jodie Foster is a screen legend. If you don't care what actors think... why the heck would you come to a channel about movies and watch an actor being interviewed?

It is good that role models in our society promote political discussion. It is every citizens duty to engage in politics as that is how democracy works. The apathy towards politics is understandable with how corrupt politicians have become but simply not engaging and discounting peoples opinions like people are doing in this comment section only makes things worse.

Keys to the system. No one knows how it works. Only a few have the access. Are they talking about Wall Street or Hollywood or what? I'm not mad at Jodie for being rich. I just want some of that money because if she only knew, 20 grand would change my life and she wouldn't feel it a bit.

My whole life I've been told how intelligent Jodie Foster is. She's not quite intelligent enough to know she's out of her element and fundamentally misunderstands the topic she's addressing.

She's right. She doesn't understand Wall St. and they don't make things complicated to hold on to power, it's competitive and what she calls complication is called efficiency and ways to maximize profit.
What her and other liberals don't understand is that it is government regulation and social engineering that often create the layers upon layers of complicated documentation and creativity.
