Doctor Who Filming Series 8 - Clara and her Date

Series 8 is underway! Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman and Samuel Anderson filming in Cardiff Bay, February 25th 2014.

Scene shows Clara entering the restaurant. Then leaving in a rush. Scenes then show the Doctor dropping of Clara, then hurrying back in the TARDIS.

It took me about 5 minutes to realize the TARDIS isn't real and that Peter is pretty much just running into a box.

I'm guessing that 12 and Clara will be really similar to 9 and rose. First, before he regenerated, he tricked Clara into the TARDIS and sending her away (the parting of ways). Next, the going for chips (the end of the world). Finally, it looks like in this scene, to me, that Clara is in a hurry to do something, and she tells him not to wander off in the TARDIS. Of course, he quickly sneaks into the TARDIS and dematerializes (aliens of London).

Must have been freezing over there, shooting this scene. Luckily that wasn't a problem for Jenna. She was hot.

For people who think this is where Christopher eccleston dined with the slitheen, it wasn't. It's the same area, Cardiff bay as I live there but it is a different section. If you saw the cadwalders ice cream shop on this video, there was another building like that in the sea which is where that scene took place. That building was a restaurant... Also for people saying that the terra nova sign is an Easter egg from a show called terra nova, you are wrong sorry. It's the actual name of the shop and that's been there for a long time. Mimosa is a bar which Clara is having her date to at 11pm possibly with Danny pink (Sam Anderson).Hope you understand a bit more :)

If you look at the building across at about 1:41 is says Terra Nova....Why would it say Terra Nova...i want that show back!

Guys, this totally isn't Rose and Mickey. Rose left Mickey to travel with the Doctor, and Clara met Danny on her time at home. That's a huge difference. Besides, you can tell that Clara's going to settle down with Danny, whereas Rose never seemed to appreciate Mickey enough to stay at home with him. Just a thought. 'Cause everyone's comparing them.

Oh I get there is now no 'love sick teen - twilight' love story between The Doctor and the companion, someone else has to take that on to keep that type of fan happy. Oh by the way it's pronounced 'Feelings' not 'Feels'. rant over ;)

Its just going to be rose and mickey all over again :/ Oh well I liked that a couple was in the tardis :D Amy and rory were a good couple in the tardis too :D
