The government issued a quarantine for 14 days for all passengers from Wuhan which is better than the previous one which said the passengers would be quarantined for 3 days.

The fact is coronaviruses generally have a life cycle of 20-30 days depending on the animal species it broke off from some have life spans 3 times that length. From what I gathered is this is the case for this. 8-14 days of incubation, all while spreading it. Then the symptoms show. 3 days after that you need to be hospitalized. Then need to be treated for another 14 days. Since the number of individuals who show symptoms are typically old or have existing health issues. It may be safe to assume that the virus is in a mutation phase. Since people who are younger and healthier are not manifesting the outbreak it appears as if the virus is in the first stage of development. Which consists of copying the DNA and forcing its way to decode the Stronger Immune Cells. I predict in 4 days it will make the jump and successfully start affecting healthy immune systems or it will do what virus do alot often and revert to its animal kingdom as a failed mutation. They do this cause its easier to spread and evolve in the weaker species using the failed copies of our T cells than it is to battle months with a very diverse genetic code. Quarantines should be isolated for 30 days at least and we shouldn't allow any flights from any Asian country for at least that long so we can have a full understanding of the life cycle start to finish. These guys don't want to scare you, but people are getting sick who haven't even been in contact with Chinese nationals. That may be an indicator that the incubation period varies from person to person.

I'm an RN. This is true. 3, 000 or so people die in the US yearly from the flu. Very low risk in US now and all of our patients are recovering.
