For those who have lived with depression and anxiety their whole lives, this song is an expression of how I feel. When depression passes, I have this song as a reference to what I endured and survived. This song is my trophy for resisting everything I go through.

Thank you Movements for bringing another masterpiece. This totally speaks a lot to me who suffers from social anxiety and a series of panic attacks. Doing my best every day to be myself and fight what's within, but I'm getting pretty tired now. I can't thank you enough guys for being there for us. Your songs are always an absolute banger!

This one song I find to be better and more memorable than anything on NGLTG. Didn’t hate that album, but just didn’t connect with me like feel something. That record stayed with me for over a year on repeat. Props guys, you did it again. Such a beautifully relatable song. Thank you

Pats lyrical phrasing here is beyond anything ive heard from movements. He blew me away live recently. He's found more of voice. And that fill spencer does at 2:17 sends the song into starpower. Its amazing boys. It takes a lot of factors to make it happens.

I was diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder when I was a kid. Several days, even consecutively, pass where I'm almost always in a state of worry or fear. I'd find myself in a state of distress over things that didn't really matter in hindsight, and I'd even have panic attacks and a bit of mental fatigue occasionally, even when I'm at work. There was a brief period where this was the song I mostly listened to by this band, and the first time I listened to it, it shook me to my core. Thanks Movements for helping me and so many other people
