When I was a teen I'd have OBEs occasionally. Frequently I'd rise out of my body and go through the ceiling/roof of the house. I'd continue flying up through the sky and right about when I'd hit the stratosphere I'd stop & look down on earth. I remember thinking I don't want to go back. I'd rather stay OBE(my childhood wasn't a good one). But then I'd feel this pull in my stomach like where my bellybutton is(like an umbilical cord) and it would pull me back down really fast. I'd hit my body and wake up feeling a bit sad. As I've gotten older I've only had less than 6 experiences.

I regularly go to a place in my dreams, same place, keeps changing somewhat and I think when I enter doors I am accessing some aspects of past lives. I swear I have a spirit with me called Michael, who I came across years ago. He just showed up in my dream recently. Also, I lucid dream quite a bit but I also know about the flying thing, arms up, soaring but sometimes I have a hard time getting up high enough (to escape basically). I used to have nighmares as a child and about age 8 or so, I basically just decided to lucid dream or take control of my dreams. Plus, I've had a few OBEs but the last one I was sent back by a shining (golden shimmering ? angelic) being. I haven't had an OBE for

I am an O.B.E experiencer.. I have had 1 O.B.E/Astral Projection experience about 8 or 9 months ago.. i entered this experience inside my home and the only difference between the 2 places was everything was as a black and white movie, completely void of our colorful one, i walked to the front door from my couch in the living room(where i was sleeping that morning(around 3-4a.m), I opened the front door to see my exactly same storm door, I opened that and stepped outside(100% exactly as it is still), outside my door was an all black about 4 foot tall Goat person(bi pedal goat) that i felt frightened by, also it was black and white outside but its daytime even though it was around 4 a.m i fell asleep, i didn't notice anything of color, extremely windy like storm or hurricane force wind, a very chaotic wind world, I walked by this Goat being(whom I've recently thought must've been a guide for me there), i walked next door to my neighbors house and everything from my Cherry tree, the fence, his trucks, RV in the backyard, i mean 💯% identical etc.. i felt frightened and turned around and started coming back to my house, the Goat person was still standing on my front porch by the front door, i walked back into my house, back towards the couch(to where i had fallen asleep) and all of a sudden i woke up, heart racing and sat up, scared.. ive not had this experience before nor afterwards, but would love to try or experience this again, hopefully less afraid so i can venture out further.. thought I'd just share my encounter.. something I'll never forget for sure.. thanks guys for your podcasts, i love listening ✌️

The one seeming out of body experience I had, which I hope was just a dream, I would NOT want to repeat...very unsettling. But I think I was just crazy exhausted from working till 4 a.m.

Whenever you Astral Project from your body, No Matter HOW FAR AWAY YOU GO.. You could travel 2 or 3 galaxies over just checking things out, AND YOU ARE STILL CONNECTED To your Body by a Thin Silver looking Chain that Attaches to the back of your head and probably all the way into your brain.

Anyhow, This is what prevents you FROM EVER GETTING LOST and not being able to get back in your body. All you have to do, no matter where you are, is just think of your body.. how it feels.. and you will IMMEDIATELY be snapped right back into your Body!! And it is ALSO why NOTHING CAN ENTER YOUR BODY AND POSSES YOU while your are out traveling around.

So DON'T WORRY about these things anymore!

I listened to / watched almost every video you guys have done. This one is easily one of my favorites. Kudos to you three for tightening up the back and forth bantering and overall just a smoother flow. The content on this episode was also **chefs kiss** incredible. Please, PLEASE do an episode on remote viewing next! I watched Third eye spies, a great documentary about "Project Stargate" and since that I've been craving more remote viewing content.

I’ve astral projected a handful of times. One time it happened when my husband was in the living room watching tv and I was flying around the house avoiding the living room. I was afraid my husband would see me and it would be really awkward 😂 I didn’t want him to realize that I’m even stranger than he realizes lol. I also flew around in the forest behind my house and went to a beautiful waterfall up there. Once it happened while I was on an Alaskan cruise and I flew over the ocean and got sucked way up into outer space against my will. I fought it and ended up coming back down into my body. Probably about half of my astral projections were against my will, almost like there was an entity forcing my soul out of my body. Those are the projections I hate. I’ve wondered if those are actually alien abductions. It’s actually very easy to go back to my body though. Even if I’m enjoying the projection I’ve found that if I let myself get too excited about it or start overthinking it I’ll go right back to my body. I completely believe that lucid dreams are also projections. When I fly in my lucid dreams it reminds me of how the princess flies in super Mario. You have to keep pushing the button or she slowly starts getting lower and lower. For me to fly while lucid dreaming I have to will it to happen while completely relaxing. If I tense up too much, get too excited, or think too hard I’ll start lowering to the ground. I definitely don’t consider lucid dream flying effortless like most people would imagine. It sure is satisfying though.

There is a young man in Africa who invented an ether generator to power his local village's. Last I heard he was strangely hospitalized. Ive astral projected using gamma tones. Its very real. Make sure you have a totem to return to. Dogs work great because they can see you!😊

Talking of some people being "snapped back" into their body at the end of astral travel. At the end of about my 3rd session, I suddenly realised my body was about to wake up without me in it. It was both funny and, at the same time as terrifying as missing the bus home as a small schoolchild.

Friend of mine took his own life in 2020 and I saw him in dreams for months after until one night I mentioned to him that he had died. He looked super confused and I haven't seen him in a dream since that one.
