Simple Homebrew SSB Base Rig Part 5 - Band-pass Filter

preview_player
Показать описание
Band-pass filter based off the design in the book ARRL Solid State Design for the Radio Amateur.
Uses LTSpice to evaluate the effect of varying the capacitance across the two inductors on the passband.
Final design uses a split 40-385pF variable capacitor to get a continuously variable filter for the full 80m band.
Works well in the radio.

You are showing a high-oass filter. The inductors need to be in series with the output.

Is there a specific reason you had to use FT68-2? I have some ferrite toriods FT50-43, that are 44uh for 10 turns, you would only need like 4 turns or so and not 38turns
