I see it quite simple; Storaxa can't say money would or should be a problem to the success of their project, there's plenty of it all but held secured by Stripe et al.
I expect that their potential failure will be the too big success overwhelming them, inexperiences in marketing and communication in general and financial management.
Next to possible internal quarrels, chance of personnel and the (very small) team falling apart.
It is not the first time I noticed such hurdles with these types of projects.
I would say 3x things: as a backer be vigilant but do keep reasonable to them, as putting too much pressure may tip them into the ravine and/or push them away in communicating more.
Only invest money in such projects that you are willing to miss and possible all loose together.
Other than that, prayers that they do come to fulfilment.
And to Storaxa: the golden rule is, say what you do and do what you say.
If you promised a review-model, you should give it priority or at least let Robbie know the exact status.
And Storaxa, if somebody offers you a public speak-slot, you should have the curtesy to take that or at least respond.
Saying nothing is the worst possible stance. Full stop.
