2:46 im exactly the same at mornings I’m definitely not a morning person but since I use the app sleep cycle, I wake up so much easier. No that isn’t a add or spam comment I just love the fact that it analyses my sleep quality and I don’t wake up from deep sleep. It like is a sleep analysing app and it has a alarm function, where you can decide, for example like I did a 10min range and then it will wake up up between this 10min range but when you are most awake. I swear I love this app I am waking up so much easier!
There are other apps like that but just this one as example
