Love your channel. The Arizona case I’ve been following is Daniel Robinson. My AZ home is very close to where he was last seen. I don’t get out there often (it’s opposite of the main towns), but when I go to my home in Temecula, CA, I pass right by it. I am so shocked how much it has changed. It’s no longer desert landscape, as a huge development is being built. Needless to say, we always say a prayer as we pass thru. Thank you for sharing your expertise, and to be honest, the more I hear BK fight to keep evidence out, the more I feel he is guilty. Justice for the victims is all that matters.

I think If I were being charged with something so heinous and someone asked me for my alibi in a crime committed a month and a half ago how tf am I going to remember where I was or what I was doing on a random night that was unremarkable to me… idk driving around wasting time, bullshitting on my phone. No clue

The knowingly withholding of evidence by Prosecutors sickens me. As "ministers of justice, " their self-serving motives for seeking convictions rather than justice can never be undone - 30 years later. No amount of monetary compensation can give an innocent man 30 years of his life back.

When did his parents figure out that their Son lived less than 10 miles from the crime scene, drove a white Hyundai and is weird af

Saw an interview with an investigator that actually drove a car from Pullman to the Wawawai Park located down by the Snake River where BK claims he was during the crimes. The investigator used his cell phone for GPS maps along the drive (he wasn't from the area and not familiar with the roads), and he had cell service the whole way except for the very last part of the drive while going half way down the hill off the main road that leads to the park. So, if BK actually had his phone on, then cell phone experts should be able to clearly see that he was leaving Pullman and traveling Southwest towards the park area instead of traveling East towards Moscow like LE says he did. And there is only one road that goes to the Wawawai Park while heading SW from Pullman. The cell phone tracking info can only be one way or the other not both, and LE has his cell phone data that shows he was never heading SW towards the park. So who'll be right in court?

I don't see what the big deal is for paying for an expert witness, why didn't he just admit it when asked the first time.
This whole thing should have been thrown out when it came to light that the cops collected evidence in solo cups and used a blower and inverted the video and well, even though the guy across the street said there was nothing to see, wouldn't that clear KR as well? IDK man, cops investigating their own, doesn't seem like it should be allowed. Cop dead on a cops lawn.

The trial is suppose to start Aug 11th and last an estimated 3 months (Ref @3:18) ... so wouldn't it be somewhat ironic (or perhaps a message from beyond) if he was found guilty on Nov 13th, exactly 3 years since the crimes happened. Hummm ... 🤔
