I have delphi tokyo 10.2 installed but I couldn't find "theme manager " and I looked every where. can you help me?

I have to watch this with sound off, and auto text captions. It's hilarious... You speak so bad, that the speech recognition fails all the time... Now I know how to enable "dog theme" in "Doffy"... :-p
