There's no question that Whoopi will say something jaw-droppingly stupid that the network can't cover over.
The only question is when.

She _supports_ him because of their shared " exterior appearance ". Go look at studies regarding ingroup preference by "people-type", its the reason why the topic group will say that a murderer (sharing their appearance) that killed someone outside their group ' _didn't do anything_ ' when there is overwhelming evident that they did. They would rather stalwartly support people that look like them, than get murderers off the street and deliver justice.
