NHSDC Fall 2023 Conference: Strategies for Evaluating and Monitoring Coordinated Entry

This session explores the concepts of evaluating and monitoring the Coordinated Entry (CE) process and implementation partners. Participants learn basic evaluation concepts and frameworks and how to apply these frameworks to CE activities. Participants heard from communities actively evaluating and monitoring their CE process and implementation partners. Explore more advanced CE evaluation concepts, including CE evaluation planning, evaluation tools (such as surveys, focus groups, and data dashboards), and participatory evaluation methods with the intent of a complete/partially complete CE evaluation planning document.
