I am praying for you. I understand headaches l have the sinus ones. When I get them I sometimes have to lay down for most of the day. What I do is sometimes put a warm compress on my forehead. I hope you feel better soon.😊

Hi! Sorry to hear about the headaches you've experienced lately but thank you for still uploading videos despite all that. I'm always happy to watch your vids as they remind me to stay consistent with my budget. My paycheck routine is a lot different as i get paid only once a month and on the end of the month for the following month so i can't do it exactly the same way you do it, but i can at least do my lil check in whilst watching your videos. I'm also officially starting my cash stuffing journey, i got binders and all and i'm excited and i hope i get the hang of it soon! 😅 I hope you have a nice day! 😊

Sending prayers. It could be anxiety or stress. You may not have reasons to feel like it is, but your body will show you who is in charge.

Try peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus essential oils rub a small amount on your Wrist or temple/forehead That should help relieve some of the tension

Things to check on video days re headaches but also prayers. Make sure that you are drinking water and the same amount of coffee (or caffeine as normal). Also check your lighting or if there is something in your office that you react to (or even if the grass cutting causes allergies)

Praying for your heath Jenika. Maybe try a cold press or ice pack on the back of your neck and sit in a dark room for 15 mins. Also pressure points on your feet help with pain in certain areas of the body.

There are pressure points for pretty much everything on your feet. You can look it up to see exactly where it is.

I don’t know if this would help, but sometimes headaches (mostly migraines) can be triggered by light and sounds. And I even believe by smell as well, so maybe that’s why the essential oils made it worse?? If you notice that sounds or lights really bother you when you have a headache, try to take time to minimize that. I know that for me, I have to go in a dark room because my migraines get triggered by light.

But of course, Jesus can heal ALL things so I pray that He will heal your head in JESUS name!!❤

I have chronic migraines. I used to take a buncchhh of advils to the point that I cannot take ibuprofen becauandit does absolutely nothing. What works fastest for me is ice pack on the neck or head and warm water on your feet. Don't know how, but it workssss. Afterwards I just sit it a dark room to rest my eyes and mind for a bit so it won't come back.
