I have zero interest in playing this game because I thought it was going to be a fluffy slice of life and I honestly don't like the pastel colors, but hearing that it's actually sad and tragic absolutely sky rocketed my interest for this game lol. Thanks for the review!

I am one of those people who would love to hear the backstory of how the idea of the game came about. The colors of this game, plus learning it takes place in France, it reminds me of one of my fav art movements- Rococo which lends to be very romantic and dramatic. Also, seeing how a music box in the form of a carousal, it's an interesting analogy to the game's setting where you have these mean trapped in an endless loop, doing the same thing over and over again.

I love it when a pretty game has a darker story, and when anaethetically dark game has a cute and cozy story. The dichotomy hits a sweet spot for me. Definitely glad to see in another answered comment that every LI route has potential for a happy ending. 😌 I'm playing Nightshade right now, and I know that two of the routes are pretty devastating, even in the good ending where both Enju and her LI survive. 💜😅

This gives me the same vibes as Nameless did with it's super cute pastel colors and amusement park with a merry go round theme when in reality its BRUTAL and can be quite scary and sad at times

So needless to say im so excited to play it lol

6:40 😢 Yeah, I don't like it when every kiss CG in a game has the characters awkwardly hovering slightly apart. Either draw the kiss or don't, and give us close proximity anticipation when it actually makes the scene steamier.

It was so fun hearing your thoughts about this game! It was one of my first Otome I ever played, and several years later it is still one of my favorites. I never play bad ends so I have no opinion about those in this game, but I loved the good ends and ended up liking all of the love interests and routes for different reasons (though I definitely have my favorites), which rarely happens to me. I'm so happy it's getting localized so more people can discover this wonderful game. Thanks for using your platform to bring it to more people's attention! 💕
