I have a double issue. 1. The email address that I had when I first got my phone is no longer valid. The provider no longer had email. I need to change my email address but to do that I have to enter my password. I thought I remembered it but it is saying the one I put in is not valid. I can't do the "remember" password because it sends the information to the old email address and that email address does not exist any longer and I can't change the email address because I can't remember my password. Is there another way to get my password or to change my email address?

Hi when I try to change my password it writes underneath in red that I have to use 8 or more characters with a mix of letters, numbers and symbols. I do this but it still wont let me change.
