How to quickstart your Bosch fridge freezer

Hi, I have just bought a fridge freeze from Bosch (integrated) let it rest for 5 hours after installation to settle.

I then turned it on and set the temperature to 4C, but after a few hours - I noticed that the top shelf began to frost up a bit.

Is this normal or is my setting wrong ?
