My worker is trying to change saying you are too obsessed about a song I really love they don’t play often and she is trying to get me to dislike my singer even though they made me special so my doctor even told my mom you can’t make her dislike them so my worker is trying to make change it inspires me and they tell me something in my dreams it feels like they saying please stay with us and don’t leave us they are sweet to me in person

what gets me about people is that they don't seem to see how their behaviour affects others around them. Is it selfishness? if that's how they want to behave then I don't have the right to point it out to them? or do I?. some long term friends of my have become very selfish in their behaviour (it is strange, they now make me feel like I am there for their convenience and that it is not really me they care about) don't know if this is how they feel but I cant really have this conversation with them as they might not see there is a problem.

kris i have a question tho.. i totally get being a light, showing instead of telling, but do you have any tips on how to not lose that spark? as someone with a mild temper problem, as much as i try to be positive through all the bs i live in, sometimes i slip and my temper gets the best of me and shows through my mood. so i get cranky or irritated if im being positive and the reaction isn't what i always get... are there any tips on how to push through that anger? any things i could be telling myself to talk myself out of it? cus i really don't mean to be mean it just comes out
