3. Someone just standing there noticed a man running to a car, quickly writes down the number plate (how many of you would do that)
4. Cops find the criminal 50 miles away and get the person who noted the number plate to identify him

Well, this will bring a whole different kind of attention back on trump, much different than the negative attention he got with what he said about Haitians in Springfield, Ohio.
