Documents Required for APS Certificate: All Indian students who are applying for a Long Stay Student Visa in Germany are required to have an APS Certificate. An APS Certificate for Germany is proof of the authenticity of their Indian academic documents and is a prerequisite for your German study visa application. The APS Certificate Germany is in place to simplify your application process to German universities and accelerate your student visa application.

List of Documents Required for APS Certification

1. Printed and duly signed application form with passport-size photo (not older than 6 months)
2. Copy of APS fee transfer receipt
3. Copy of Aadhaar Card with linked mobile number.
4. Copy of passport. (1st and last page)
5. Copy of Class X Marksheet and Certificate
6. Copy of Class XII Marksheet and Certificate. In case the certificate has not yet been issued, the Provisional Certificate issued by the school will be accepted (Not older than 3 months).
7. Proof of participation in a Pre-University Entrance Exam (if applicable)
8. Copy of TestAS Results (Core and Subject-specific)
9. Copy of Language Certificate – German and/or English

I have couple of questions regarding APS.
1. should I send all the marksheets (passed and failed) + backlog certificate *OR* just passed ones.
2. Should I send affidavit because my name on academic marksheets differ from on official documents (passport and aadhaar)
3. Should I send unopened original transcript *OR* opened notarized one.

1. But there is no indication on the application form for sign. (Where to sign on application form ?)

Hi, i applied for APS i sent all the documents except Class XII Certificate (i have submitted the CLASS XII Marksheet but in APS checklist it is mentioned Marksheet and Certificate)... since I did not have that it going to impact in any way??

Sir i have a question instead of payment recepit i have put a cheque copy of 18000 in the aps file is it acceptable or not and its been ten days I’ve not get any payement successful verification mail but on my aps account the amount 18000 is written paid so its ok or not
