Forbidden ULTRAKILL tech: Rail-Coin-Whiplash

~ Forbidden Ultrakill coin tech: the Rail Coin Whiplash ~
One coin in the air, then one coin through the enemy. Swap to rail, shoot the second coin, then whiplash the first coin. I think this might actually be slightly easier to set up than the Rail coin Punch.
