In this video series, we cover the container platform Singularity. The series is very modular, so feel free to watch only the videos you are interested in. Each video is structured to start with slides that provide context for the topic at hand. Each video then ends with an interactive portion where I complete an exercise on Northwestern’s High Performance Computing cluster, Quest. I encourage those watching to do the exercise along with me.

Please note that although the Sylabs remote builder is a free service, there is limit of 11GB of storage for containers that you build and keep there. As noted in the video series, most containers have a small storage footprint, but building containers with applications such as MATLAB installed in them or bootstrapping from NVIDIA containers can result in larger containers.
