Remastered songs from U2's live concert in Dublin (Aug. 1993) during the ZooTv Tour.
The concert recording was never officially released and is available through bootleg issues only.
The remastering involved a thorough hiss reduction and dynamics improvement, in order to reveal as much detail as possible from the original recordings.

I really hope U2's fans will appreciate it. Any comments welcome!

To me, this is the best ZooTv show ever. I have listened to hundreds of bootlegs off of this tour. You may find soundboard recordings, fm broadcast ones, but the energy and and the band performance… You simply cannot match this one.

The Zoo TV tour was U2's high point by far. It's a thing of magic; the way it sounds, the way it looks. It takes me away, takes me back to those summer nights in '93, even though I wasn't there.
A magic, magic tour, the greatest ever, in my book.

Just feel like this is a historically top band (1980-93 at least) operating at the absolute peak of its powers, on the mountaintop with Stones early 70s, Beatles late 60s, etc. They sound absolutely indestructible. Alas, it couldn't last. But what a run, and what a peak.

U2 were at their best during the years of 1987-1994 in my opinion. Great band.

I remember as this legendary concert was edging closer to Dublin (and it had become 'legendary' even then). For certain no other concert in my lifetime had such a nervy wait period, and I'd been to U2 concerts before. But you sensed the approach of Zoo. It was like the tripod aliens in War of the Worlds. You heard noises and weird sonic hints from it on radio and TV. I took care not to indulge too much in those moments because I wanted to experience it fresh when I went. But I heard enough to know it was Different. The AB album songs were being extended beautifully by the Edge. I heard gulps of Mysterious Ways and End of the World. But also and importantly, back catalogue songs had gotten the ZOOsonic makeovers. I heard pieces of Bullet the Blue Sky and the sublime reworking of Running to Standstill. The experience itself when I got to the concert - mesmerizing. The Intro (not played here) was worth the price alone. I always liken ZOO to Blade Runner. It had that alluring mix of industrial light and darkness and an otherworldly soundtrack..

Sounds fantastic.. I was at the previous night, was my first ever concert.. my mind was blown. I was 15..I had waited almost a year after seeing the zoo tv outside broadcast special on tv the previous October. Great memories. I had been a fan since I was a child.. I have since been lucky enough to travel outside Ireland to see u2 with my brother on the following tours. Great times, but ZOO TV was a super tour on the back of an incredible album. I love it

I was at this gig - best concert I've ever experienced - I remember going down on the bus from Derry with my older brother - At this time U2 had a corden around the very front of the stage to stop people getting crushed and only the first 1000 or so were allowed in - and we got in!!! We watched the whole gig from about 30 feet from the stage!

Bought this bootleg double CD 30 years ago from a hole in the wall record store close to old the A & B Sound on Seymour Street in Vancouver...and proceeded to listen to it repeatedly for 30 years. This was before fan club exclusives or even DVD. Kiss The Stone (the now defunct Italian records label that specialized in such bootlegs) essentially captured U2 at the apex of their ascent in the 90s: From Bono declaring "It's alright...sleepin' in my OWN bed tonight!" during 'Zoo Station', to the searing version of 'Bad', to Macphisto sending a tongue in cheek shout out to Princess Diana before 'Ultraviolet'...this gem is a must have for any fan of the ZOO TV Tour. In 2007 the official fan club released the member-exclusive "ZOO TV Live" double CD which is essentially an audio-only version of the Sydney Australia Outside Broadcast DVD. While decent, it pales in comparision to KTS' 'Zoo Europa'. Check out KTS's 'Chile Pop' bootleg which documents another fantastic U2 concert: Popmart in Santiago, Chile 1998. Dream Out Loud!

So lucky to be 18 and see this live, really perfect U2 time period for me covering all there past tunes up to Achtung Baby and Zooropa. Couldn't ask for a greater track list than this night, tune after tune and I had almost forgotten that I was at this concert. Thank you for returning me back to that field so many years ago, I almost feel transported back to being 18 again. Amazing to think that I am one of those 1000s singing in this recording. Magical and definitely the best concert I have been too. Seen them during there Pop tour in Belfast in maybe 1997 but its this point in time that the delivered quality after quality tune.

I listened to this live on Radio 1 the week after I saw them in Glasgow. I've saw them many times since and this tour still ranks as my favourite one partly because it was my first gig ever at 16 and also because it was just so damn good. An incredible tour on the back of a phenomenal album. The Joshua Tree gig in Berlin last year comes close to the experience. Heading to Manchester in October to see them again. Can't wait. Thanks for posting this trip down memory lane
