The Hidden Truths About Nama J2 That Nobody Will Tell You

Показать описание

John points out that the Nama J2 has revolutionized the juicing industry by making the process significantly easier with its large hopper, which allows users to load up produce and walk away. This convenience has attracted many new users to juicing, expanding the market. However, he also warns that this ease of use leads many people to juice high quantities of fruit, which can have adverse health effects. John discusses scientific studies linking excessive fruit juice consumption to increased risks of diabetes and cancer, advocating for an 80/20 rule where 80% of the juice should be vegetables and only 20% fruit to ensure better long-term health outcomes.

Throughout the episode, John maintains a balanced perspective, acknowledging the Nama J2’s role in promoting juicing and healthy living while also urging consumers to be cautious and informed. He underscores the need for critical evaluation of all juicers, not just the Nama J2, and encourages viewers to focus on juicing primarily vegetables for optimal health benefits. By the end of the episode, viewers will have a comprehensive understanding of the Nama J2's capabilities, its impact on the juicing industry, and the health implications of their juicing choices.

John Having purchased a "cheap" juicer about 2 years ago I quickly found out it was not made well and was very difficult to juice with. I searched online and found your site and watched the videos on the Nama J2 and was impressed. I purchased the Nama J2 and have been using it for over a year now. It is ABSOLUTELY the best juicer I have ever used and makes juicing so easy. We are happy with the Nama J2 and have introduced many friends to it and the benefits of juicing. If anyone is on the fence about purchasing the Nama J2, get it and you will be so happy you did. John is very honest in his reviews of the Nama J2 and it's everything he says it is.

Bought the nama because of you. Am trying to juice with mostly vegetables, and fingers crossed my taste buds will regrow liking veggies even more than they do now.

Hi John,

I believe you are very mistaken on this point. Juicing fruits has completely reversed my Type II diabetes, which I can honestly say is now 100% gone. My diet consists of all fruits, berries, melons, and occasional purple carrots. The sugars referred to in case studies often pertain to mass-manufactured juices like traditional orange juice. However, the natural fructose from juicing whole fruits initially affects the pancreas and may cause a short-term spike in blood sugar. If you don't combine your morning or afternoon fruit juices with other foods like bread, cereal, or a traditional American diet, the fructose is broken down within 15-20 minutes. If your pancreas functions normally, your blood sugar will return to the 70-100 range within the first hour, often sooner.

As a former Type II diabetes patient, I ignored the same studies you are referring to. I never took insulin or metformin. Instead, I adopted an all-fruit and berries diet, including whole fruit juice made with the machine featured in the video as well as my Pure Juicer. After 81 days, my blood sugar dropped from 330-440 to 112 within the first 10 days, and it consistently stayed between 70-85 over the next 10 days. Eventually, checking my blood sugar became unnecessary because it was always under 100 after consuming nothing but fruits, berries, and melons, either eating them whole, juicing them, or making smoothies.

John, I never speak ill of you to my friends, family, or clients, but I believe these case studies on fruit are incorrect. As long as new and seasoned juicers make the effort to juice raw, living fruits, berries, melons, vegetables, and herbs, they will get healthy or stay healthy.

You have been instrumental in my journey to wellness, and I thank you for that. If not for you, I wouldn't have known about my first great juicer, the Omega VSJ-843. You also introduced me to vacuum blending, another game changer, and then to the Pure Juicer, which I thought was the best until I discovered the Nama J2—all because of you. So, thank you very much!

I really appreciate your tests. I made the mistake of buying the first Nama juicer and it needs to be replaced after 4 years. I am thinking about the Nama J2 because of your reviews.

I LOVE, LOVE LOVE THIS JUICER! I bought mine through John, and had a couple parts that had troubles within the first year. John helped get me to the right person at NAMA, and they sent the replacement parts fast and on their dime.
LOVE the hopper feed. I bought a Green Power juicer through John MANY years ago, love/d it, too, but it would take FOREVER to get stuff juiced. That meant I used it less.
Something FANTASTIC I discovered with the J2: it juices my red and BLACK RASPBERRIES and removes the seeds!!! I end up with a purée, and everything stays raw! The seeds in the black raspberries are just too much. I used a Victorio food mill last year, for the berries, and what a lot of work! In the Nama J2, pulp, (mostly seeds), is pretty dry. I'd say a very slight additional bitterness in the purée compared to whole berries, possibly because some seeds are crushed?
ALSO, it juices my small, seeded grapes, and does a great job- even with some small stems still in the cluster! My only other options previously were steam juicing, which worked great, but no longer raw… or huge, batch hydro-press juicing of gallons of grapes, which isn’t very convenient. Here again, the juice is a bit more bitter (IMO), because seeds get crushed? But, perhaps more antioxidants or health goodies, too? Pulp/seeds pretty dry. As I remember, my Green Power juicer would just jam up with my little grapes…
Would like to purchase the larger hopper and sorbet maker, but the shipping seemed EXORBITANT: about $50, and the items cost less than $100… That was several months ago.
Hey Nama- how about a machine that would handle my unpitted sour cherries? I am in the middle of that harvest, and I'm sick of pitting…

Thanks again John I used your code last year to purchase my Nama J2. Using the method that you've suggested eating the fruit and juicing the veggies will help with my ultimate health.

I add carrots and apple to my green juice .
Either eating fruits or blending in smoothies.
Someday I’ll buy the Nama J2.
Right now I’m using my Omega and MM1500.
I also make fruit sorbets.
Thank you John for all you do .

Great video as always, John. I just want to add my two cents: I think a juicer that lets you "fill the hopper and walk away" is actually a very bad thing. Preparing the fruits and vegetables, putting them in gradually, like you've showed us, saving something hard to put in last, all that allows the person to think and interact with the process as the juice is prepared. I watched hours and hours of your videos back in 2014/2015 before deciding to invest - yes, "invest" - in the then-brand new Kuvings Slow Juicer with the super wide chute. I still use it and love it. FYI to all, it also makes smoothies, sorbets, peanut butter, nut milks and more.
In today's society, even more so now than 10 years ago, it's imporant to be able to stay concentrated and focused on something and I think remaining an active participant while juicing is important.

I made a big mistake, I bought the Nama J1 (and have never used it). I bought it before I saw your channel. (I watched another Youtuber.) The Hurom H70 caught my interest. I want something easy to clean but I am waiting for a good sale.

As always, thanks for the great video John, I definitely prefer to vacuum blend my fruit smoothies rather than juicing them at least to me it makes a difference since I make the Medical Medium smoothie every day in my vacuum blender for the past eight months, and I only seem to keep getting better with the program.

I'm an American expat who lives in the desert Middle East. I absolutely LOVE kale, but we can't get it here nor spinach. The celery is really subpar. About the only vegetables I can juice are beets and cucumbers. We do have access to Romaine lettuce in the winter. I have a few seeds I brought with me for kale, but it didn't do very well in my garden. I don't have many options. I really like carrot/orange. I guess I'll just have to throw in cukes, squash, and Romaine.
