My dad from Asia when he first time visiting America, he was shocked by the overweight people. He said to me quietly that he never seen anyone getting this much weight ever.

Bear in mind that BMI isn’t the greatest way to calculate a persons health. All these bodybuilders would fall into the ‘obese’ category as the scale relies on someone’s height and weight.

i'm in the overweight category, mainly because of depression with losing close family members during covid, and i just stress ate and stuff like that. but i've been working out so i went from the obese category, to the overweight category. and i'm trying to get down to "normal"
