Pretty upset that Funkoween 2023 might be cancelled. It’s literally the only time that Funko dedicates an event to making pops for Halloween and horror movies. I mostly collect horror pops, and we don’t get enough horror pops so this deeply upsets me.

Feel like FunkoWeen was cancelled especially with them trying to get rid of so much overstock with the mystery box deals. Think Funko should limit their pops to around 250k max for commons anyway in my opinion

Yahoo!!! I got my Flocked Espeon from Amazon. Too bad I have no idea when it is coming. It said arriving January 2024. I checked again and it now shows December of 2023. Will see how that goes... 👀

Great video. I think vaulting within 1-2 years is great, as long as they dont get unvaulted. This keeps things fresh and it makes things easier for Funko. They were overproducing too many junk.

They are so behind on pre orderes maybe it's smart for them to try to catch up before announcing a bunch more. Funkoween is lit but waiting an entire year for pre orders blows

Yeah that's true about the people mover ones, because if I remember rightly the first one who got Vaulted from that set was Pluto

I find some of these vaulted pops quite interesting because some of these i couldn't even find at my local stores, it could be because of where I live (Canada, where most of the main stores that sell pops are US only) so I find it a little unfair that some products don't get sold even though there's stores in other places that just don't even receive them because there either exclusive to certain stores located only in the US or just expensive to ship both to stores and people wanting to buy them. Vaulting "unsold" products definitely questions Funko's use of exclusivity.

QOTD *got me *me today!! I collect only Dbz, demon slayer, and naruto. And thus far no shields.

For things getting vaulted. I think it works if the pop is something that is exclusive to a store or a low piece count. That way keeps the market somewhat balance on resell price for those not being able to go to said stores or events. Though at the same time I am happy some restocks have been happening. Like Jiraiya on toad recently. Which I copped! So idk 🤷🏽 it’s a tricky thing to find a balance. Because at the end of the day. Anyone would rather buy a Funko pop at retail price if possible

No Funkoween 2023? Makes sense bc most the Funkoween pops from 2022 have yet to show up. Think simpsons -- the most glaring MIA pops. They still have to sell those (if they're still coming in 2023), so why push even more product to the market? Funko could be producing more shelf warmers.
