whenever i help my father at our shop
Stranger customers are like "why do you work here", go and study, and asks my father to manage work on his own and not indulge his son in work
Then the big moment arrives when my father tells that my son is an "iitian" he just helps me for his own sake.Then all goes like "OMG"....

A Story to share Just like this :
Until my class 7th I was one of the weakest students in Maths (scoring around 30-40 out of 90), my basics wernt that strong and I use to hate Multiplication Tables and that made me fear from maths alot. And coz of that Ieven wasnt able to focus on other subjects.
Even my classmates and teachers use to think that am only decent and more a talkitive student
In class 8th, my parents thought I should join tutions, atleast a maths tution
I went there, Mam was so kind, I became better at maths and in the mid term exams I scored 86/90, teacher was shocked, classmates were shocked and that changed everyone perspective !!

I am at NIT Trichy CSE. When people ask me about my college and I tell them about NIT and unka reaction is like hoga koi local college. No one cares about it.

IIT Aspirants : Go to IIT by studying day and night.
Also IITians : Not accept a job there and mostly goto higher studies or do startups, become singers, dancers, actors and whatever.

I joined a gym last month and I sometimes refrain from telling people initially that I am from an IIT, because then they kind of start seeing me as someone else/somewhat elite and the conversations I do after that seem less balanced. But then at the gym, someone asked me where I did I graduate from, and after telling that guy I'm from an IIT, the next time I went to the gym, almost everyone around me knew I was from an IIT.

My relatives used to judge me when I took a drop. Now they don’t give a damn about me after getting into IIT Kharagpur. It’s a long story but that day I realised and experienced the importance of IIT tag.

I am like a student who has changed school quite frequently up till class 6. So, in whichever school I went and told that I was a topper, they (I mean the teachers and students) make a predefined domain or reactions for me. This is very true! Well I am preparing for JEE 2023 wish me good luck 😉

I never judge someone on their past and present achievements like if he hasn't did something great that doesn't mean he is dumb, according to me its just about his or her interest and the hardwork and u can't predict someone's future on past achievements and all so the society shouldn't be that judgemental

Also sometimes I feel ki jab aap batate ho that I have achieved this and that toh kuch log tumhe phir dekenge ki ye aage kya achieve karega. Aur vo ek constant touch mei rahenge and isse tumhe v ek motivation rahega ki mujhe aage aur aacha karna hai.
Mere sath bhi ye chij 4-5 baar hui h life mei. Jaha suddenly logo ka point of view change hua h... Just because U work in silence... 😊

Earlier when I was in school, Rarely anybody knew me apart from my classmates. But when I topped my school n got NIT, my junior school guys take time to meet me, they just posts it on their status / story. And others say like " wow ! You met Rohit ! " . Abb thodi star wali feel aati hai 😂
