To save people who came here for the same reason i did some confusion:

Tuning is gEADE, easiest way to do this is to put your banjo in a sawmill and then put a capo on the second fret, leave drone string open.

Alternatively, you can put your banjo in sawmill and tune the drone down to F to play a lowered version.

if you play to play along to this recording Riley is flat about 1/4 step.
