shadow should be high, it makes the shadow visible from greater distance, that might save you live sometimes:)

MSAA will decrease performance if you're GPU bound, so for people running potatoes set it to off

Can you make a video for optimizing latency. With things like using a higher dpi and lower ingame sens. Server settings and potentially reinstalling cs and emptying server files aswell as things like clearing 730 folder. Would be interesting!
