Why are bees important?

Bees are important, right? That seems to be the general consensus. But is it true? And should you still care even if you don’t eat honey. Phil argues that the answer is ‘yes’ and presents his top five reasons that explain just why bees are so important.

I mean bees scare the life out of me but I never try to harm them because I know that they’re extremely important, but on the other hand, I'll do pretty much anything to get away from a wasp.

Great Video and thanks for posting.
Don't forget that all the Bumble Bees here came from Europe at some point in time, . If you get high winds while Queens are in flight its easy for them to be blown across.. Once I was at the coast and there where thousands and thousands of Lady Birds blowing in from across the sea and landing all over the beach. They where every where. It was an awesome site I will never forget. This is going back about 25 years or so.
