I wasn’t sold on the interior from early photo shots but from this video the quality seems ok and I rather like the fabrics and reinterpretation of a minimalist look. The screen appears to be fast and it is good to see the option of a supplementary head up display. Being tall the one thing I have liked in previous Mini’s is the pull out seat squab extension to give more support to my long legs. Not sure whether this will be available.

Unfortunately the material quality went downhill.
Everything that was soft touch surfaces before is hard pack now with a bit of fabric on it like in a Dacia Sandero.

Well, yes, they are waiting to destroy the mini from the R56 onwards, Oh and I own 3 a JCW R53, my favorite is a JCW R56 and the GP2 and they are the last ones.you can keep all of them, design 😂
For me the real mini was the R53!!!!

I drove the new electric mini on Saturday - exactly the same as this one - it was fab. Great fun to drive. The internal electric sounds really add to the experience and the Go-kart mode made it feel very sporty. It’s quick, too - I was very impressed with it 👍
