How to generate a deeplearning4J .jar file for your Deep Reinforcement Learning projects

This is one of these lost videos I had from my "in development" Reinforcement Learning course for AnyLogic. It's just the instructions needed to generate the .jar file that you will need to use the deeplearning4j framework. You will use this .jar file in your intelliJ projects to train, and also in your AnyLogic simulation model in order to test the policies generated during the training phase.
