I would pick either some Endler's livebearers, celestial pearl danios (aka galaxy rasboras), or green rasboras. They're small, safe with shrimp, and really pretty.

For the vertabrate fauna of "Pandora" you should put in
Banchees: Marbled Hatchet fish
The panther things: a few wood catfish
The big orange banchee: a orange angelfish or orange dwarf gorami

You could put an African butterfly fish to be like the dragons in Avatar. But they do jump since you don’t have a lid idk how safe it would be for them

I have Blue Dreams in a heavily planted 10g with a big school/shoal of Chili's. I've seen "days old" shrimplets on my hardscape and a few chili's swimming above leaving them alone. The fish are smaller than the adult shrimp and are adorable. I'm pretty confident with saying that I don't think my fish bother my shrimp.

Find a nice blue endler colony to add to it. I breed all of my neos with endlers and they all do well!

The Bamboo shrimp would be dope again, and i think the marbled hatchetfish would be awesome. I don’t know how you feel about the orange crayfish but i’d say give the bamboo shrimp and the hatchetfish a shot.

Really good size on the blue dreams. Breeding in no time. My latest vid is out as well mate (we must be on the same posting schedule lol). Its a 4 gallon no filter aquascape.

otos are probably the best fish you could put with shrimp, they usually don't prey on the shrimp fry, some will but it will keep your population regulated if anything

Yeah, I'd be doing something like a cardinal or neon. They thrive at the same GH kh that shrimp like, plus being blue would help. Or, try a diamond head neon if you want to add red instead of more blue?
