Don’t want to mention it, but Erling Haaland was born in Leeds so technically had English as a second nationality (as he chose to represent Norway) so he shouldn’t have been released

I think it would be even better if you do this for every league if it's possible... It would be incredible to see how the world would change

Worldwide transfer embargo saves are my favourite. It’s the only way to really create parity, at least at a macro level. City will always win the Prem, but they might be prone to drop a Champions League or two to Dinamo Zagreb

Think a few players slipped through the net… like Matheus Nunes 4:58 & Halaland being released.. but great video concept might be interesting to see how other countries fair like this?

Surprised Haaland was released, considering he was born in Leeds and lived there till he was 3. Surely he should also be exempt

should do this again but with every league, only english players in england, spanish players in spain, dutch players in the netherlands etc.

You didn't mention it Tom, but Scotland was climbing the UEFA league rankings. Up to 7th and then overtook Portugal into 6th so Scotland did benefit somewhat

I wonder if lower league teams are downgrading their facilities because there's now so many quality players being produced in general, so better players are more likely to be available for cheap or even on a free when they fail to make it in the top flight
