Used a lot of more expensive darts than the javelins but I absolutely love the javelins. The perfect dart for me and a great price you literally can’t go wrong with a set of them

I'm glad the Javelins are in here because that's the one I picked for my first dart. Went with the Javelins in a 24 gram since I'm a little heavier handed, so I probably need a slightly heavier dart to get going with.

I prefer the red dragon razor edge over the javelins. We'll my beginner dart was a Penthatlon can't remember the series but it was a bit like the razor edge.

I use the KOTO and I'm far from being a beginner. A 90% tungsten dart at that price is a no-brainer. More expensive darts are not better, they just have fancier designs which is mostly just a gimmick. The only thing I would change is the point length but these come as standard regardless of the darts' price point. You can try swiss points or buy a machine for changing points. Another option is to use Darts Corner who offer a service to put new points in. I ordered a set of Designa darts (again a good 90% tungsten dart for a sensible price) and simply bought the points through the site and they put them in for me.
