Honestly, Pencil assaulting Ruby for just asking whether to push the buttons or not is one of the most unhinged moments in the show.

4:31 this scene is something that caused me to "quit" bfdi. I found it too gruesome. I was 4 then.


I recently discovered I absolutely LOVE nostalgia. Old comments of mine, random drawings I made years ago and especially old shows. I completely forgot bfdi existed before 2020. Then I played the game "find the markers" and I saw it was inspired by BFDI. then i thought "Huh- thats strangely familiar! Probably nothing though." Then I got some flashbacks, to me sitting on the couch when I was 4, it was a beautiful day and it was 7 am. I was eating an ice cream, since I somehow convinced my mom. I was watching bfdi and it was a funny clip and i laughed so hard. And also some deja vu when I saw a tennis ball or any bfdi object. I didnt know where the deja vu came from tho.

A few years later, 2022 I was unable to sleep and then I had a bunch of deja vu i remembered the old cake at stake song.

Now I was bored of watching Total Drama and other old shows I used to watch. Then it hit me. "FINE! i'll try bfdi, im sure its still gruesome and-"

Then I watched and absolutely LOVED IT. then I watched II. Then hfjONE. then CFMOT. THE LIST GOES ON!

Thank you for making this beautiful, funny and very random show, bfdi creators. Its so amazing, words cant describe how much it fits me ! I am never leaving this wonderfull community <3

Watching bdfia for the first time and genuinely this episode is so scary once you get past the haha funny voices. Like 4:29 you hear sponge sobing in pain and his suffering before he finally died and when pencil insulted ruby and ruby crying like that... jesus christ
