Thank you, i've got ALT+F4, and F11 for fullscreen working. I struggle with the Ctrl+W command though to close tabs one by one in a browser - "xvkbd -text '\[Control]\[w]'" is not working for me, anyone? what am i doing wrong?

Hi bro please answer me, I am new to linux. I installed this because my logitech mouse's middle button doesn't work, but i have extra buttons that I can map, i was able to do it in windows, but i don't have that program here. I figured out the button by running xev, I want to map b:8 to be middle click. I tried:

"xvkbd -text '\m2'"
b:8
but it did not work.

trying to make button 9 work as if am holding ctrl so i can select multiple files without holding ctrl, can someone help? I tried several commands and reached nowhere!
