You know the writers if they doing all the work(which they are not😂) why don’t they go start a studio and reap all the rewards. Remember plenty of people are willing to take your spot and can very easily. Tbh not a lot of great writers or original ideas so it’s kinda hard to feel bad for someone who’s already in an elite class crying for more because their bosses make more than they do
