i can only open the mods in the settings button and those mods are limited, can you tell me how to open the ones on your screen

when i paste the mod into the files of geometry dash, geomtry dash wont start up, its not that that my computer, because my computer is 2 weeks old and custom built. I do not understand why this happens to me...
