@15:30 As to the use of the 1.15 billion for COVID research all I can say is get it in writing. Unless a commitment is written in an official government document that is legally binding, it probably doesn’t mean much. Going by the language in the bill, the NIH can legally use that 1.15 billion for anything tangentially related to COVID-19 research - I’d be willing to bet only a modest proportion of these funds will be actually spent on research into the phenomenon of Long COVID.
